DELIVERY

Packages are sent by Correos, UPS or by Mondial Relay, depending on your choice at the time of purchase. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are managed in Spain. The amount varies according to the country in question and the value of the order. The shipping costs of the order will be communicated to you at the time of making the payment.

After confirmation of the order, the package is sent to Correos, UPS or Mondial Relay within approximately 5 working days, to the address indicated by the buyer during payment. If this delivery deadline cannot be respected (particularly due to holidays), the buyer will be informed.

Packages are carefully prepared and shipped Monday through Friday.

However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons :

  • Sales periods and special discounts (example: Black Friday)
  • Unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery area

Speed : The delivery of your order will be ensured by Correos / UPS / Mondial Relay. From the 5 business day takeover date, it will be delivered to your address within 3-5 business days, subject to deposit cut-off times.

Sometimes the Post Office is late. Beyond the delivery period of 8 days, please contact us to inform us that the package has not arrived. We will do our best to help you, although we have no room for maneuver once Correos / UPS / Mondial Relay takes care of the package.

Simplicity : With the choice of Correos or UPS, your order is delivered directly in your mailbox. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your package (insufficient dimensions of the mailbox, for example), your postman leaves a business card with the date and address of the post office where you can pick up your package by presenting an identity document.

From the date mentioned on the phone card, you have 15 days to pick up your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to its sender. We can return it, but you will have to pay the new shipping cost for it.

Traceability : At any time, thanks to the package number that we will communicate to you, you will be able to trace your order by connecting to the sender’s site to find out where it is.

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, you agree that the “delivery” has occurred at the agreed delivery address and on the date agreed with the transport company, communicated via e-mail.

Delivery problem :

Note: we are not responsible for the delays of Correos, UPS and Mondial Relay.

If the package is indicated as “delivered” on the tracking site, even though it has not arrived at your home, we are not responsible in any way and we will not be able to refund you.

In this case, you must notify your post office, indicating the tracking number.

TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS

The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.

You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery, if it takes place at a later time.

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase does not suit you : we accept exchanges, not returns.

We will send you a “credit” code for the cost of the operation that you can use on our website for 1 year. Only the return costs are your responsibility. Contact us as soon as possible to notify us of a return: hi@rebornvintage.eu.

Please note: the time limit cannot exceed 15 days, between receipt of your package and your exchange. Consider posting your package with tracking; If the package does not reach us and you do not have proof of shipment and tracking, we will not be able to refund you.

COMMON PROVISIONS

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them and labeled. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

You must contact us so that we can organize the collection at your home, the cost will be 5.50 euros in the Peninsula-Spain.

After examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid with a “credit” code for the cost of the operation. The refund of the amounts paid with a “credit” code will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses.
